More paranoid thoughts while whining

A paranoid thought while whining
Oct. 8th, 2024 09:01 amI've had three posts removed from the Crazy Eddie's Motie News Facebook page this month for "spamming." I'm not doing anything different at that page since I created that page years ago. Instead, I think a new follower is reporting me for potentially (too) popular political content. It's likely a U.S. conservative, but Marcy "Emptywheel" Wheeler reported that Russia has compiled a list of over 1,900 “anti-influencers” and I'm wondering if I got on that list. If so, yay, the right enemies, but boo, they might be causing me trouble with Facebook. Either way, it's annoying. Let's hope this stops after the election.
Postponed video about UFOs
May. 13th, 2024 11:08 amI might use this in the future. In the meantime, I posted 'Last Week Tonight' examines food delivery apps instead.
This video didn't fit the theme of Meyers' and Colbert's guests on strikes and labor issues, but I might use it in a future post.
Rejected video for World UFO Day post
Jul. 2nd, 2023 02:59 pmI decided I didn't need this video for PBS Voices asks 'Why Is the Government Taking UFOs Seriously Now?' for World UFO Day.
In particular, the following couplet reminded me of Crowley: "Our ideology is “You can do what you want,
Too much is never enough”."
Now Crowley:“Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the law.
Love is the law, love under will.
There is no law beyond Do what thou wilt.”
No one seems to have left a comment making the connection at the video. Should I be the first?
I didn't remember this video in time to include it in Haunted theme parks for Halloween 2022. Maybe next year.
Missed video for World UFO Day post
Jul. 6th, 2022 11:59 pmI didn't see the following video in time for Monstrum examines aliens for World UFO Day. If I had, it would have been the lead video and the post would have a different title. Darn!

My comment on Wingnut Wrapup for January 10, 2022.
I haven't read one of these since before the pandemic hit and I can tell the effect of QAnon on what passes for American conservatism. These statements look like rejects from Weekly World News, not the National Review in a foul mood on a bad day. I expect to find Bat Boy here.
My comment on What They Really Fear.
You're right about Republican politicians fearing a Night of the Long Knives. I'm worried about a version of the White Terror from the Spanish Civil War.
