Nowruz greetings from Canada
Mar. 21st, 2023 06:56 amI decided to go with something less serious for Happy International Day of Nowruz 1402 (2023) and happy 12th birthday to Crazy Eddie's Motie News.
I was originally going to included this video in 'The Elephant Whisperers' and 'Haulout' - two Oscar-nominated short documentaries for World Wildlife Day, but decided to revisit "All That Breathes" instead. That's also an Oscar-nominated wildlife documentary, but "Nuisance Bear" isn't.

Missed video for Canada Day post
Jul. 7th, 2022 04:05 pmI listed the 1986 Ventures in A happy drum corps Canada Day 2022! A friend of mine on Twitter thought it was this show. My response was "right city (right year), wrong corps." Maybe next year, if the video and account are still up.

Stay tuned for a multi-holiday pileup tomorrow, as it will be Columbus Day, Canadian Thanksgiving, Indigenous People's Day, and National Coming Out Day. I think I'll celebrate the last the way I did two years ago, by blogging about the Emmy wins for "Queer Eye" and "RuPaul's Drag Race," including the first Emmy for "RuPaul's Drag Race: Untucked." That should be fun.That's what I did in today's Emmy Awards by 'RuPaul's Drag Race' and 'Queer Eye' to celebrate National Coming Out Day 2021. Never say I don't follow through!
