No comments post this month, unless you count this one

Normally, I start off each month with a post of my saved comments on other blogs during the previous month.  I didn't leave any comments on other blogs during September, so no post with saved comments.  Returning to in-person teaching this semester, complete with commuting and grading actual papers, has eaten up a lot of my time.  So has becoming an officer in a guild on Star Wars: The Old Republic, even if that's just leading introductions to new members.
