Tell that to the Sacramento weather gods....it was 103 yesterday :-/

Actually, your weather is behaving normally for northern California, which means it's weird by the standards of the rest of North America. When I researched the weather patterns of California for my M.S. thesis, I found out that the hottest month of the year for the northern California coast was October, not July as it is in most of the rest of the continent. Even southern California ran late, as their hottest month was August.

I know Sacto isn't the coast, but it is at the head of the delta, so it isn't that far in.

On a tangent, you convinced me to load up this icon. It was the most appropriate one I had in my inventory.

I've lived in Sacramento since 1973. I really don't need you to tell me what's normal and what's not here.

Sacramento's hottest month is September...from someone who's experienced it for 38 years.
