On Yang: The Sears and K-Mart have gone bust not because of Amazon animation, I've heard, but because they were saddled with restructuring debt from their capital fund overlords. Has he addressed that, or is he pandering to massive donor money (like the centrists)?
You're right about Sears and Kmart. Yang isn't addressing the private equity issue, although I don't know if it's because he's going after big donors. Instead, he has a lot of small ones, which he needed to qualify for the first debate.
