neonvincentI mentioned yesterday that my wife and I went to the Detroit Zoo on Saturday. In addition to it being World Rhino Day, it was also National Elephant Appreciation Day. We saw the rhinos, but had to appreciate elephants in their absence. Here is a video from the Detroit Zoo explaining why the zoo no longer keeps elephants: Detroit Zoo | Elephants - Winky and Wanda.
