My 9-11 story, part 1

I never have gotten around to writing part 2, which involves me going to a bar to watch the coverage on TV, since I didn't have cable at the time and lived so far out in the country that I couldn't watch the news over the air. The most memorable part of that experience was the sense of collective shock and the astonishment at watching a third building collapse.  Oh, and the bar owner's daughter, who had earlier asked if I could read her tarot cards, telling me not to put them on the bar.  I haven't tried to tell a fortune since.

Now I feel like I told Part 2 and don't have to feel like I need to any more.
