On Facebook restriction

Facebook has given me this message: "You're temporarily restricted from joining and posting to groups that you do not manage until Saturday at 9:44pm." Well, this is the first time Facebook has restricted me in more than nine years (other than when all of the admins of the Join the Coffee Party Movement Facebook page had their accounts suspended a few years ago when the page was disabled). As I've seen several people say, "If you haven't been put in Facebook jail, you aren't trying hard enough."
