Unused video for Pina Colada Day post

I decided against using the following video for Drink to the Puerto Rico statehood referendum for Piña Colada Day 2020 because I liked the other two more and wanted to save a video for next year's post at Crazy Eddie's Motie News in case Tipsy Bartender didn't post any more (I know, unlikely, but he skips some holidays some years).
