How does one say "Bloody Vikings" in Mandarin?

Not all my work for the Coffee Party is fun or glamourous. I just spent the past hour deleting spam comments from our blog. I hate spam and get a kick out of eliminating it, but purging two month's worth is a bit much.

Also, this post is a test of the crossposting function. Let's see if it works.

Nablopomo for March: Word

 

Greetings NaBlo members! We have some exciting changes coming to the network in March, which I'll explain in a separate e-mail later this week. (Have I mentioned how exciting they are? They're exciting!)

First and foremost, however, we need to talk about next month's theme for daily blogging: IN A WORD. It's meant to be both an inspiration and a challenge: you can choose a word (perhaps by going to either Save the Words or One Word) to build a post around, or you can try to find one word that sums up whatever's going on in your life each day when you sit down to compose your post. You can talk about the power of words, your favorite words, or what happens when we're at a loss for words. And naturally photobloggers are granted the right to gather up a thousand words and present them in the best daily images they can produce.

As always, bloggers planning on posting every day in March who would like to be on the blogroll can go here and follow the directions at the top of the page. The "official" March badge is here, but please feel free to create your own and add it to the comments there for others to share.

As long as I can pick a single word as a theme for a post, I'm fine.  For example, I can continue my 140 characters series with no problem as it's centered around one word: Twitter.

On a tangent, I have quite a bit of amplification from this site.  I can crosspost from here to LJ.  LJ will automatically crosspost it to both Facebook and Twitter.  I can run a small social media empire from here.  W00T!
