TierZoo on Crocodilians
I've been a fan of the TierZoo YouTube channel since last fall, when PBS Eons collaborated with it on a video about elephants. It's based on the conceit that we're all playing a video game called "Outside" that has been going on since the origin of animals. Talk about living in a simulation! It explains evolution and adaptation in terms of video game strategies and tropes. Since I'm both a zoologist and a gamer, I find it both entertaining and enlightening.
With that out of the way, here is the channel's latest video about Crocodilians.
I checked all the relevant tags and found to my surprise that I hadn't posted any of their videos here before. It's time I made up for that oversight.
