I started writing a preview and predictions post for the Golden Globes, but gave up on it as too time-consuming. My notes for it are behind the cut.

Best Motion Picture Drama
"The Fablemans" has five nominations, "Elvis" and "Tár" have three, "Avatar: The Way of Water" and "Top Gun: Maverick" have two. "Black Panther: Wakanda Forever" also has two nominations, but isn't nominated for Best Film Drama

"The Banshees of Inisherin" has eight nominations, "Everything Everywhere All at Once" has six, "Babylon" has five, and "Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery" and "Triangle of Sadness" both have two.

"Guillermo del Toro's Pinocchio" has three nominations (all the rest have just this one) and all the experts are picking it to win.
